Our lard comes from the processing of national heavy half-carcasses. Salting takes place strictly in the basin through careful flavoring with salt and fresh Mediterranean herbs. Ideal product for preparing croutons to be heated slightly in the oven or as a garnish for pizzas and focaccias.
