Description

The intense flavor typical of wild boar made rounder by pork and beef (Chianina) meat, with a dense texture typical of sauces with a high concentration of meat.

This tasty sauce, perfect to be combined with any type of pasta, is prepared according to the Tuscan culinary tradition with selected meats of the highest quality and slow cooking. Before use heat in a bain-marie, in the microwave or directly in a pan.

Ingredients: Wild boar meat (60%) (country of origin: Italy), tomato puree, extra virgin olive oil, wine, vegetables in variable quantity (carrot, celery, onion, garlic), pork meat, salt, "chianina" meat, parsley, spices. Allergens: Celery. Gluten-free and lactose-free. Naturally low in sugar. Without preservatives.
