Ragù based on fine Chianina PGI beef (one of the finest in Italy), extra virgin olive oil, vegetables and 100% Italian tomato pulp, carefully selected from local producers. Ideal for seasoning classic pici, it is also perfect on penne and tagliatelle.
Ingredients: Tomato pulp, veal (Chianina PGI breed) 35%, 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil, red onions, Chianti red wine, carrots, celery, parsley, salt and black pepper.
