Description

The intense flavor typical of roe deer made rounder by pork and beef (Chianina) meat, with a dense texture typical of sauces with a high concentration of meat.

The product is ready to use and is ideal to be combined with pasta such as tagliatelle, pappardelle, pici etc. Before use it is advisable to heat it in a bain-marie, in the microwave or directly in the pan. 

Ingredients: roe deer meat (60%) (country of origin: EU), tomato puree (country of origin: Italy), extra virgin olive oil, wine, vegetables in variable quantity (celery, carrot, onion, garlic), pork meat, salt, Chianina meat, parsely, spices. Allergens: Celery. Gluten-free and lactose-free. Naturally low in sugar. Without preservatives.
