Description
Produced mainly with grapes of Vernaccia, added small selections of Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay. Manual harvest followed by a white vinification in stainless steel, with control of the fermentation temperature. Early bottling to preserve freshness.
Colour: straw yellow with light golden reflections.
Bouquet: fruity and floral, with hints of purposes typical of this vine are extracted.
Taste: structured and warm, but with nice freshness and long and elegant aftertaste.
